PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMUNIKASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment, Communication and Compensation on Work Motivation in Teachers at SMA Negeri 5 South Tangerang. The population in this study were all 49 teachers at SMA Negeri 5 South Tangerang. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was then processed using Microsoft Excel 2021 software and SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique used in this research was Non Probability Sampling using saturated sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression Y = 2.352 + 0.080X1 + 0.515X2 + 0.407X3. The results of this research show that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant effect on Work Motivation, the Communication variable (X2) has a significant effect on Work Motivation and the Compensation variable (X3) has a significant effect on Work Motivation.
