Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (SPK) that can help consumers in choosing a Si Raos sales shop in the Bandung area. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to initiate and prioritize relevant criteria in store selection. Criteria considered include product quality, price, customer service, location, and store reputation. This DSS is designed to provide recommendations based on user preferences against predetermined criteria. The AHP process involves weighting and ranking criteria, so consumers can make more informed and structured decisions. This research explores consumer preferences for Si Raos sales stores in Bandung, strengthening the integration of AHP as an analytical tool in the context of purchasing decisions
