PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN DIVISI GIZI SILOAM HOSPITAL DI JAKARTA BARAT)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and workload on job satisfaction among Siloam Hospital employees, West Jakarta Nutrition Division.. The population in this study were 35 respondents including employees of the Siloam Hospital employees, West Jakarta Nutrition Division. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis method using software SPSS version 25. And the technique used is Non Probability Sampling withtype sampling saturated. From the results of this study, the regression value is Y = 15,512 + 0,379 X1 + 0,314 X2 - 0,228 X3 + ε that Work Environment (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Work Load (X3) has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). The third contribution of independent variables R2of 79,7% against the Job Satisfaction (Y) and the remaining 20,3%% is influenced by other factors.
