PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI KANTOR SATUAN PELAKSANA LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KECAMATAN GAMBIR JAKARTA PUSAT)
Abstract
This study was conducted to understand the factors influencing employee job satisfaction at the Environmental Department of Gambir District, particularly concerning leadership style, work environment, and career development. By involving 101 respondents, the study aims to provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders in efforts to enhance employee job satisfaction. The study's findings confirm that to improve employee job satisfaction, the company needs to focus on three main aspects: leadership style, work environment, and career development. These three factors have been proven to significantly contribute to increasing employee well-being and productivity.
