PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PHARMACEUTICAL & HEALTH CARE RESEARCH YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2023)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Company Size on Profitability in companies  in the Pharmacutical & Health Care Research  sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. This type of research is a quantitative research, with a sampling method using the Purposive sampling technique, which consists of 10 companies out of a total population of 13 companies in  the Pharmaceutical & Health Care Research  sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements during the research period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study show that Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have an effect on Profitability, while Current Ratio and Company Size have no effect on Profitability.
