This research aims to determine the influence of Work Engagement, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in PT Employees. Nagasena Adibangun, Tangerang City. Population of PT. Nagasena Adlestari Tangerang City has 100 employees. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique using 80 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 Software and SPSS Version 26 Software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the Job Involvement variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment, the Work Environment variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment.
