Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Work Stress and Work Communication on Employee Work Productivity among CV employees. Central Conveyor Belting West Jakarta. The sample in this study was all CV employees. Central Conveyor Belting numbering 40 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 software and SPSS version 25 software. The sampling technique used in this research was Non Probability Sampling using saturated sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Work Motivation  has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, the Job Stress variable  has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Work Productivity, the Work Communication variable has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Work Productivity.
