PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT INDOLABEL SURYA PRATAMA, KOTA TANGERANG
Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees of PT Indolabel Surya Pratama in Tangerang City. The research employs a quantitative method using a Likert scale measurement tool and a saturated sampling technique, with a total of 55 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was performed statistically using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.011, training does not affect job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.219, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.002, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000, and job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between training and employee performance but can mediate the relationship between compensation and employee performance.
