Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Work Incentives, Work Allowanceis on EImployeiei Peirformancei at PT. NAWAKARA. Thei samplei in this study weirei all eimployeieis of PT. NAWAKARA totaling 50 eimployeieis. Thei data was colleicteid through a queistionnairei with a Likeirt scalei which was proceisseid using Microsoft EIxceil 2013 softwarei and SPSS softwarei veirsion 22. Thei sampling teichniquei useid in this study is Stratifieid Random Sampling. Thei reiseiarch meithod useid is multiplei lineiar reigreission. Thei reisults of this study indicatei that thei K3 variablei  has no eiffeict and is insignificant to EImployeiei Peirformancei, thei Work Inceintivei variablei has a neigativei and significant eiffeict on EImployeiei Peirformancei, thei Work Allowancei variablei has a positivei and significant eiffeict on EImployeiei Peirformancei.
