Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, individual character and job characteristics on employee job loyalty. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression. Sampling using Non-probability Sampling Technique, namely Saturated sampling with a total of 40 employee respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and SPSS Version 22 Software. The conclusion of this study shows that leadership has a significant effect on the work loyalty of employees of the social service tribe of the west Jakarta administrative city. While individual character and job characteristics have no effect and are not significant to employee work loyalty in the social service tribe of the West Jakarta administration city.
