PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN USER INTERFACE TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG DI MARKETPLACE SHOPEE (STUDI PADA PELANGGAN SHOPEE DI UNIVERSITAS BUDI LUHUR CABANG ROXY JAKARTA BARAT)
Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of trust, service quality and user interface on repurchase interest in the Shopee marketplace. The research used used a purposive sampling method with the Lameshow formula and obtained a total of 97 respondents who were active Shopee users. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms with a Likert scale, processed using Microsoft Excel 365 and SPSS software version 19. Based on research results, trust has an effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee marketplace, service quality has no effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee marketplace, and user interface has an influence on repurchase interest in the Shopee marketplace.
