Abstract

ABSTRACT

Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Pharmaceutical & Health Research sub sector from 2019 to 2023 will be the focus of this study, which aims to identify the effect of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover on Profit Growth. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling strategy, and in total there are nine companies selected as samples. This research uses a panel data regression approach and is analysed using Eviews 12. Earnings growth is not significantly related to ROA, current ratio, or total assets turnover, according to the data. On the other hand, debt-to-equity ratio significantly affects earnings growth in a favourable way.
