PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI INDUSTRI GYM DAN FITNESS PADA PT. ABSOLUTEFIT CABANG KEBAYORAN LAMA)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work discipline and company culture
on employee performance at PT Absolutefit Kebayoran Lama. The employee population of PT
Absolutefit Kebayoran Lama is 40 employees. The data was collected with questionnaire used likert
scale and treated by using SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Multiple linear regression was used to
analyze the data. The results said that leadership style, work discipline and company culture has
significant effect on employee performance.
