PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA MC DONALD’S CABANG KEBON JERUK JAKARTA BARAT)

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on employee performance. The employee population of PT. Rekso Nasional Food (McDonald's) Kebon Jeruk Branch, West Jakarta were 40 employees. The data was collected with questionnaire used likert scale and treated by using SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results of this research show that the spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.
