Abstract

Human resources are a key factor that can determine success in achieving the vision and mission of a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Stress, Workload, and Bad Work Environment on Turnover Intention in PT Bank Central Asia employees in the Puri Indah area, West Jakarta. This research is a quantitative type of research with a sampling technique, namely random sampling. The sample used in this study were 113 respondents of PT Bank Central Asia employees in the Puri Indah area, West Jakarta. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study is SPSS software version 26.  Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with the results Y = 2.635 + 0.267 X1 + 0.234 X2 + 0.312 X3 + e, so it can be concluded that partially Job Stress, Workload, and Bad Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in employees of PT Bank Central Asia Puri Indah Jakarta Barat Region. These findings are expected to provide managerial implications to companies in general and to PT Bank Central Asia Puri Indah West Jakarta in particular, in an effort to reduce turnover intention.
