PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA, BEBAN KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA
Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work culture, workload, and compensation on the work motivation of Hajj organizers' employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Solo Embarkation. The sample in this study consists of 60 employees involved in organizing the Hajj pilgrimage. The sampling technique used is the Krejcie & Morgan method. Data collection for this study was conducted using questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis technique employed is multiple regression analysis, and the tool used is SPSS. The results of the study indicate that work culture, workload, and compensation have a significant positive effect on work motivation. The implications of these findings suggest that the management of the office must balance the organizational culture, the workload assigned to the office employees, and ensure that compensation aligns with the work performed by the employees, as the study's results have empirically proven to affect employees' work motivation
