Abstract

ABSTRACK

This research aims to examine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Stress and Work Quality on Employee Productivity of the director general of defense forces at the ministry of defense of the republic of Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. The employee population at the Ministry of Defense is 40 employees and the sample taken in this study used the Nonprobability Sampling technique using saturated sampling and the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 software and Statistics Product Service and Solution (SPSS) v.22. The research results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee productivity, work stress has a significant effect on employee productivity, while work quality has no effect and is not significant on employee productivity. It is hoped that the results of this research can increase this research can increase the productivity of   employees of the directorate general of defens forces at the Ministry of Defense of the republic of indonesia.
