PENGARUH DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, QUICK RATIO, TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2020-2023)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of net profit margin, Liquidity ratio, total asset turnover, and capital debt to equity ratio on the profit margins of food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2023. Out of the 95 firms that were part of the study's population, 46 companies were chosen for the sample. The data was processed using SPSS version 19.0, and the sampling approach utilized was purposeful sampling using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Net profit margin, total asset turnover, and the elimination of the debt-to-equity and liquidity ratios as important predictors of profit change were the main takeaways from the research.
