PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUBSEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE PAPAN UTAMA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2023)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability, Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, and Dividend Policy on Company Value in Main Board Property and Real Estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. This research used secondary data and Purposive Sampling techniques and obtained a population of 35 companies with a sample consisting of 18 Main Board Property and Real Estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The research results show that Profitability and Funding Decisions have an effect on Company Value, while Investment Decisions and Dividend Policy have no effect on Company Value.
