PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN PT SOCIAL BELLA (SOCIOLLA) KOTA TANGERANG)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of communication, motivation and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) Tangerang City. Population of PT. Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) Tangerang City has 56 employees. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique using 56 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel Software and SPSS Version 26 Software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the Communication variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
