Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether work discipline, organizational culture and work conflict have a significant effect on the performance of Miss Cimory employees at the Cimory Center, Pesanggrahan Branch. The sample in this research was 50 Miss Cimory employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 software and SPSS v.25 software. The sampling technique used in this research is Non Probability Sampling using saturated sampling. The phenomenon that can be taken as a reference is employee work discipline which can be seen from attendance. The results of this research show that the Work Discipline variable (0.660) has no significant effect on Employee Performance, the Organizational Culture variable (0.050) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Work Conflict variable (0.000) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
