PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. VIREMA IMPEX JAKARTA PUSAT
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive and the hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression. Sampling used non-Probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling with a total of 58 employees as respondents. Data was collected throught a questionnaire with a likert scale shich was processed using Microsoft Excel 2021 Software and SPSS version 26 software. The conclusion of this research shows that compensation and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Virema Impex central Jakarta. Meanwhile, the work environment.
