Abstract
This study specifically focuses on analyzing the influence of the work environment, compensation, and training on employee job satisfaction in the General Department, a unit under the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. The study involved 40 employees from the General Department as participants. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and processed using SPSS and Excel to obtain analysis results. The findings of this study indicate that financial factors (compensation) and self-development (training) play a more significant role in determining employee job satisfaction compared to the work environment.
