PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, PERIKLANAN, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN

Abstract

This study aims to examine purchasing decisions for consumers who are influenced by the quality of the products offered by Genshin Impact, Advertising carried out by Genshin Impact, and Promotion in order to attract consumers or potential consumers in the Bintaro area. This study targets the Anime and Game community in the Bintaro area with a sample of 100 respondents. With the data obtained from distributing the questionnaire, the validity test, normality test, and Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test were carried out. The results of the observation are that product quality and promotion have a positive and significant influence on microtransaction purchasing decisions, while advertising has a negative and insignificant effect on microtransaction purchasing decisions.
