PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (STUDI PADA PENGGUNA YAMAHA NMAX DI KECAMATAN CILEDUG)
Abstract
The purpose of the researcher taking this theme is because Yamaha Nmax always improves the quality in technology every year when compared to other motorized vehicles, and to measure whether there is a level of influence of product quality on Yamaha Nmax motorbike users in Ciledug District, find out how price affects Yamaha Nmax users in Ciledug District, and assess consumer responses to Yamaha Nmax Brand Image and its influence on purchasing decisions. The sample used was Yamaha Nmax motorbike users in Ciledug District, then the normality test and Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test were carried out. The results of the observation are that price, brand image, and product quality have a significant influence so that they have a strong correlation with purchasing decisions.
