PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance among employees in the Secretariat of the Health Service at Pondok Aren General Hospital. The sample in this study was all non-medical employees of the Pondok Aren Hospital Health Service, totaling 30 employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 software and SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique used in this research was Non Probability Sampling using saturated sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the variable from the results of this research shows a regression value, namely . Y = 1,626 + 0.678 X1 + 0.303 X2 + 0.372 The research results show that work life balance (0.012) has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, the Work Environment variable (0.117) has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, the Job Satisfaction variable (0.061) has no positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance.
