PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE, KETERLIBATAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain if organizational commitment, work-life balance, and work engagement significantly impact organizational citizenship behavior at the PT Bank Central Asia Green Garden branch in West Jakarta. There were 52 workers at PT Bank Central Asia that made up the study's sample. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to gather the data, and Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS v. 22 were used to process the results. In this study, saturated sampling with non-probability sampling was employed as the sample method. Multiple linear regression analysis is the study method employed. The study's findings indicate that organizational citizenship behavior is positively and significantly impacted by the work-life balance variable, positively and significantly impacted by the organizational commitment variable, and not significantly impacted by the work-involvement variable.
