This research is aimed to find out Promotion, Product Quality, and Online Customer Review on Purchasing Decisions at Kyou Hobby Shop in Tangerang City. Type of quantitative research. The population in this study was 3818. The sample used for this study is 98 respondents, with a random sampling method and using the slovin formula. In this study the data was analyzed with the SPSS version 22 program and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results showed that simultaneously promotion, product quality, and online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product promotion is partially considered to have an influence on purchasing decisions and product quality and online customer reviews are partially considered not to influence purchasing decisions.
