PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN PELATIH, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA (STUDI DI SEKOLAH SEPAK BOLA FIFA FARMEL KELAPA DUA KAB. TANGERANG)

Abstract

This research was carried out to analyze the effect of influence of trainer skills, motivation and environment on student satisfaction in FIFA Farmel Football School located at Tangerang City. Sample of this research included students/athletes for 85 respondents. Data collected in this research through a questionnaire, then analysed using SPSS v.26 software. Technique used Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling type. Finding of this research showed trainers skills affect positive and significant to the student’s satisfaction, motivation affect positive also significant to the student’s satisfaction, environment not significant to the student satisfaction.
