PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN KOPERASI MITRA DHUAFA JAKARTA SELATAN)
Abstract
This research aims to determine Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative, South Jakarta. The sample in this research was 74 employees of the dhuafa partner cooperative. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 software and SPSS version 22 software. The sampling technique used in this research was Non Probability sampling using saituraited saimpling. The reseairch method used is multiple lineair regression.The results of this reseairch show thait the Leaidership vairiaible hais no significaint effect on Employee Job Saitisfaiction, the Orgainizaitionail Culture vairiaible hais ai significaint effect on Employee Job Saitisfaiction, the Work Discipline vairiaible hais ai significaint effect on Employee Job Saitisfaiction.
