PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI BAGIAN SUKU DINAS SOSIAL DI KANTOR WALIKOTA JAKARTA BARAT)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction among employees of the Social Service Department in the Mayor of West Jakarta. The 30 respondents included employees of the Social Services Department at the Mayor of West Jakarta. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 22 software and Microsoft Excel 2021. The sampling technique used in this research is Non Probability Sampling using saturated sampling. The research results show that Leadership Style has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction.
